Grant Arbuckle is the man with the plan. A serial entrepreneur at heart, he started GA Finance on his own in 2019 after shifting gears from working in business development. Grant takes enormous pride in his work, and is always considerate of his clients needs. The care and commitment to his clients paved the way for the GA Finance team to expand over the last couple of years. Around the office, Grant sometimes forgets that he is no longer in a sole office space, and can often be heard belting out a tune, or talking on the phone with the volume set to 11.

A much loved and admired member of the senior team, Grant holds a Bachelor of Business, Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

Laura is one of our Mortgage Brokers at GA, and she has a strong reputation for being the ultimate perfectionist. She takes great care with every single client, and often goes the extra mile to make sure they leave happy when the job is done! Starting her career with GA early in 2021 with a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, she has made a big impact in a short period of time.

A much loved member of the team, around the office, Laura always has a smile on her face and it often rubs off on the rest of the team. She is always great for a laugh, so much so a day wouldn’t pass without Laura breaking out into fits of laughter, often with the team completely unaware why Laura is crying with laughter and unable to communicate.

Maria brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the GA Finance team with her background in administration and client management, and in particular with her attention to detail when tailoring support with clients. She is an outstanding team player, and has been part of GA Finance since the middle part of 2020.

Along with her excellent communication skills and ability to keep Grant in check most days, she is a mad Essendon supporter and is also the dedicated office barista, crafting the perfect latte with the same level of attention given to all other aspects of her professional and personal life.

Gabby is the brains behind the advertising, social media and all things settlements for GA. Gabby is an expert with all things tech and loves to share her knowledge with others. Gabby is a fantastic problem solver and has a strong background in operational management, client relations and office administration.

Gabby joined the team in February 2022 and has made an immediate positive impact since. Gabby’s other main job, that she has happily taken in her stride, is to call out all of Grant’s horrible dad jokes and lack of technical know-how.

Zander is one of our Mortgage Brokers at GA, and also has a background in sales and account management. Zander holds a Bachelor of International Business and Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. With a positive attitude that is contagious across the office, Zander is able to use this to his advantage to avoid any tension whenever he happily helps himself to anything that stays in the office fridge for longer than 24 hours.

Zander is also known as the company night owl, and is often working back late to make sure his clients are happy and kicking goals. Speaking of kicking goals, Zander is also a keen footballer, having honed his skills kicking goals for Northcote Park Football club. Zander is a real team player on and off the field.

Meet Malina Trianta, one of the newest faces to the GA Finance team! As someone who has owned her own businesses and comes highly qualified, Malina has brought a whole new level of customer service to the team. Since joining the team in October 2022, she has quickly cemented herself as the go-to person to get just about any task done.

With her wealth of experience and qualifications, Malina is always up for a challenge and strives to exceed client expectations every time. Her passion and energy are contagious, and she brings a burst of positivity to the team that puts a smile on everyone’s face.

Malina holds a Bachelor of Commerce, an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services in Conveyancing, a Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping, and a Certificate III & IV in Fitness. We’re thrilled to have Malina on board, and we can’t wait to see her continue to make a positive impact on our clients and the team!

Meet Krste, the musical mortgage broker. He joined GA Finance in January 2023 and quickly established himself as the tallest and loudest member of the team. When he’s not helping clients find the right loan, he’s behind the drum set, pounding the beat with his local band. But don’t let his rocker persona fool you, Krste is also a dedicated dad to his two young children, often putting on his dad hat and playing father duties at home.

With a Bachelor of Arts and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Krste brings a unique perspective to the team and is always willing to go the extra mile for his clients.

Meet Marcus Conforto, the charismatic addition to the GA Finance family. Joining us with a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and a double degree in Business and Banking & Finance, Marcus brings a formidable blend of expertise to our team. His attention to detail and proactive approach make him an invaluable asset, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service.

Around the office, Marcus is renowned for his entertaining impersonations and witty one-liners, injecting a dose of humour into our workplace. But it’s not all about the laughs— Marcus’s past as a go-kart racer showcases his competitive spirit and love for all things motor-related. Beyond the office walls, he’s our resident motorhead, bringing a unique passion for speed and precision.
